Shipping policy
UK Shipping Times
Once we have received your order we will ship the item within 1 to 3 working days and delivery can take 4 to 5 working days. We will send your item by Royal Mail tracked service.
During Seasonal and Christmas times, order processing times can take 5 to 7 business days.
For shoes and certain other items we may need to 7 to 9 woking days for delivery. Please always check the estimated delivery date shown in the listing for the most accurate information.
If you have not received the item by the estimated delivery date, then please give an extra 1 to 2 days, as the delivery network can be busy sometimes therefore, the item may arrive later than the expected time.
Next Day Delivery
For next-day delivery please choose express shipping at the checkout. Next-day delivery is available from Monday - Friday.
International
For International orders, delivery may take 7 to 14 business days. We send all items using the Royal Mail tracked service for all international orders.

Return, Refunds and Cancellation
· We have a 30-day return policy and we offer free returns for all our items.
To open a return request please go to the order section where you will see the return request option and choose the reason for the return.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Cancelling an order
· Please contact us within 4 hours if you want to cancel an order for any reason.
Free return collection
We also offer free collection for an item you want to return from your address through Royal Mail. If you would like to take advantage of that service please let us know your availability for the collection then Royal Mail will collect the item from you on your chosen date.

Refunds
· We will issue a refund within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving an item and an automated confirmation e-mail will also be sent.
· The refund will be returned to the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Depending on your bank, you will receive the amount in your account within 7 to 10 business days.
