How to return

We have a 30-day return policy and we offer free returns for all our items. 

To open a return request please go to the order section where you will see the return request option and choose the reason for the return.

We’ll send you a return shipping label within 3 business days.

·       Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Cancelling an order 

·      Please contact us within 2 hours if you want to cancel an order for any reason

      Exchange

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Free return collection

We also offer free collection of the returned item from your address through Royal Mail. So if you want to take advantage of that service please let us know then we will book a date with Royal Mail and they will collect the item when it is convenient for you

Refunds

·      We will issue a refund within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving an item and an automated confirmation e-mail will also be sent.

The refund will be returned to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Depending on your bank, you will receive the amount in your account within 7 to 10 business days.
